Lilac purple standards with a paler midrib, the falls are ruby red with a white spray pattern at the haft and darker edges. The beard is white with yellow in the throat. Ruby red Space Age horns develop as blooms mature.
Introduced in 1997 by the prolific hybridiser George Sutton from Bubble Up X Sky Hooks at his own nursery in Idaho.
