

Historic Tall Bearded Iris 91cm.
In my opinion it's a 'pinker' iris than many others.
Mid to Late Season flowering, May and June in the UK.
Ruffled Pink Self Blooms, strong orange beards.
The Fleur de Lis catalogue of 1960 description: “A very pink, extra heavily ruffled flower with rich gilt edge, heavily crimped and laced. Lovely.”
Introduced by Tell Muhlestein in 1950 from Lancaster x D. Hall & Pink Formal.
Awarded an Honourable Mention in 1951 and an Award of Merit in 1954.
