Sparkling Rose - Siberica
Siberian Iris 97cm.
Mid-Late Season flowering, May-July in the UK.
Rose mauve self with a yellow base at each fall. Makes a great cut flower.
Although Siberica prefer a moist or even boggy soil they are tolerant of drier conditions. Full sun to part shade.
Hybridised by Ben Hager in 1967 from Towanda Red Flare X Eric the Red.
Receiving an Honorable Mention in 1969.
