Tall Bearded Iris 91cm. Unique to Chailey Iris Garden in the UK.
Early Season flowering, May in the UK.
The lightly crinkled standards are a mauve-plum with darker plum-violet centres and edge. The falls are a plum-violet with deeper bright area in the centres and large rusty brown hafts descending half way down each petal. Beards are orange-rust in the throat and lavender at the ends.
Hybridised by Robert Annand by Rob Marshall in 2014 from Love Magic X Samurai Warrior.
Our colleague Nola in California has introduced this stunning iris for us here in the UK. Sadly Robert has passed but his amazing iris will live on.
