Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris 25cm.
A stand out colour among Dwarf iris, it will 'scream' at you from the front of a border or rockery.
Mid Season flowering, May and June in the UK.
Bitone blooms, blackish red standards and red black falls. Beards are dark purple at the end with hairs tipped mustard brown.
Hybridised by Keith Keppel in 2004 from multiple crosses.
This little baby has gone on to father 27 new varieties, not all Devil's !
Receiving an Honourable Mention in 2007 and an Award of Merit in 2009.
