Very Tall Historic Bearded Iris 102cm. Strong, long stems loved by florists.
Early to Mid Season flowering, May and June in the UK.
Deep red brown standards, gold falls, lined and speckled red brown all over, gold beard.
Hybridised by the prolific iris aficionado Joseph Ghio in 1989 from multiple crosses including (Handiwork x (Gay Parasol x Mystique) x Goddess) x (Ponderosa x Honey Rae).
We first saw this iris at the Roris Iris Gardens in Sacramento, later introducing it to the UK.
